A few hours ago I got on the train from Stavanger to Oslo, Norway. This is what's on my headphones, and in my hands.

Have you ever stopped for a moment and really perceived what you are experiencing with all your senses?
#Kvardagspsykedelika—Everyday psychedelics—is a series of blog posts and poems
that discovers the eternal and infinite beauty of these moments;
Øyeblikk—blink(s) of an eye...
I am mainly a musician experimenting with vocals, and multiple instruments such as ukulele, trombone, synthesizer, kalimba, ocarina, saw, glass, scrap metal on the ground, water, and anything else that makes a sound, anything. I make field recordings and produce somewhat electronic, somewhat acoustic music (let's call it "semi-binaural electro-acoustic sound experiences") using Ableton Live 10. I love making sound art installations, playing live gigs, composing film and game music.
While traveling around the world I also take photos of nature and try to capture the magic of everyday moments by writing part philosophical part psychedelic texts and poems in my online journal #Kvardagspsykedelika. I like to draw occasionally, and this year I've begun dancing/moving too. Aaaand I love cooking (and eating) good vegetable based food.
« I guess anything can be an art if your entire being and soul resonates with it in the moment of creation.
It looks like I am a lot of different labels (illusions) playing with different genres, so the important thing is:
"I am", pure and simple, and so too, "you are".
